The exterior of the oven is made of stainless steel on the front, sides, and top, with a pull-down twin-pane glass door, while the interior is crafted from porcelain and rests on 3" adjustable stainless steel feet. The oven's safe-touch vented doors feature low-emissivity heat reflective coated inner glass that limits heat absorption and the amount of heat being transferred to the outer surface of the glass panel. The unique easy clean door glass system allows the operator to complete a daily wipe-down, and the inner glass panel can be removed without tools. The one-piece door handles are finished in scratch and wear resistant powder-coating and are always cool to touch.

The robust and seamless plug-in continuous door seal makes cleaning and replacement quick and effortless, all without the need for tools. Daily cleaning of the seals also offers further protection from food acids and contaminants.
